Rodents include Rats and Mice which are commonly found during the winter due to nesting. Once they find their nest they will not leave and do not want to messed with. Most rats tend to travel 100 feet from their nest and mice 50 feet. They look for food, water, and places that are comfortable to breed which usually leads into the home. They can chew through almost anything including pipes, insulation, and even the wires in your car! If you notice them do let them stay because if you do they will call your home their home as well.
